Interne Kontrollstellen<\/span><\/h3>\n

Gem\u00e4ss Art. 9 FINIG verf\u00fcgt das Unternehmen \u00fcber ein internes Compliance- und Risk-Management-Gremium, um bei Erf\u00fcllung der gesetzlichen Pflichten seine Risiken identifizieren, messen, steuern und \u00fcberwachen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Externe Schlichtungsstelle<\/span><\/h3>\n

Phosphor ist gem\u00e4ss Art. 74 FIDLEG (Bundesgesetz \u00fcber Finanzdienstleistungen) folgender Schlichtungsstelle angeschlossen:<\/p>\n

Der Kunde kann daher im Streitfall mit Phosphor ein Schlichtungsverfahren vor der zust\u00e4ndigen Stelle einleiten. Letzterer befasst sich mit der Beilegung des Streits auf unb\u00fcrokratische, faire, schnelle, unparteiische und vertrauliche Weise zu geringen oder kostenlosen Kosten.<\/p>\n

Management-Software<\/span><\/h3>\n

Phosphor sieht die Positionen von Kunden \u00fcber E-Banking an, das von Depotbanken und speziell f\u00fcr externe Manager bereitgestellt wird; der Kunde hat die M\u00f6glichkeit, sein Anlageportfolio und die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit des Unternehmens via e-Banking einzusehen oder einen periodischen Bilanzbericht direkt von Phosphor in den von ihm gew\u00fcnschten Formen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus hat sich Phosphor, um den Betrieb und die Steuerung effizienter zu gestalten, mit einer Verwaltungssoftware ausgestattet, die Ihnen Folgendes erm\u00f6glicht:<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> t\u00e4glich die Bankdaten einzusehen und die Kundenpositionen anzuzeigen<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> t\u00e4gliche Kontrollen durchzuf\u00fchren, um sicherzustellen, dass der Mandatsvertrag eingehalten wird, d. h. die Kontrolle der von und mit dem Kunden entschiedenen betrieblichen Grenzwerte;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> die korrekte Buchung der Transaktionen zu kontrollieren, mit denen die Banken beauftragt wurden;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> die korrekte Abrechnung der Bankkommissionen zu kontrollieren;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> die Eingangs- und Ausgangsbuchungen zu kontrollieren und den Kunden darauf hinzuweisen;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> den Leistungstrend regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu kontrollieren und sicherzustellen, dass dieser mit den vom Kunden gelieferten Risikoangaben \u00fcbereinstimmt;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> konsolidierte Positionen f\u00fcr Kunden erarbeiten, die bei mehreren Depotbanken Konten haben, um eine klare und vollst\u00e4ndige \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die globale Risikoaussetzung des Kunden zu haben;<\/p>\n

\u25cf<\/span> unmittelbar eventuelle unerw\u00fcnschte Abweichungen zu analysieren, sodass im Bedarfsfall oder bei Ereignissen, die schnelles Handeln und Flexibilit\u00e4t verlangen, auf unverz\u00fcgliche und dynamische Weise eingegriffen werden kann;<\/p>\n
