ASSET MANAGEMENT

Asset management is Phosphor’s core business.

The purpose of the contractual relationship between the Client and Phosphor is discretionary asset management. This means that Phosphor manages, at its discretion, the assets deposited in the Client’s wallet; however, the latter is not prohibited from placing restrictions/exceptions to the mandate.

To carry out this service, it is necessary for the Client to provide Phosphor with an administrative power of attorney, valid on his / her account, at his / her custodian bank. With this power of attorney, which can be revoked at any time, the Client authorizes Phosphor to transmit only trading orders on his account. Phosphor cannot arrange transfers or/and withdrawals or pledge the Client’s assets.

This service is carried out in favor of natural and legal persons regardless of their type (private, professional, institutional).
