SOCIAL PLUG IN POLICY
Phosphor Asset Management SA uses the so-called social plug-ins (hereinafter referred to as plug-ins) of the LinkedIn social network.
When the company’s website is visited by a user, these plug-ins are disabled by default, meaning that without user intervention they will not send any data to third parties. Before you can use these plug-ins, you need to activate them with one click. Plug-ins will remain active until they are deactivated again or until cookies are deleted. After activation, a direct link will be established to the server of the respective social network. The content of the plug-ins is then transmitted from the social network directly to the browser and incorporated into the website.
Phosphor Asset Management SA has no influence on the amount of data found by the social network mentioned with its plug-ins. For information about the purpose and extent of LinkedIn’s data retrieval and the rights and settings available for privacy, please refer to the personal data protection information of the social network in question.
After activating a plug-in, the social network can retrieve data regardless of whether the user interacts with the plug-in. If you have already authenticated to the social network, it may associate your visit to the website with your user account.
If you are a LinkedIn member and you do not want LinkedIn to associate data from your visit to the Phosphor Asset Management SA website with data related to your social network membership, you must log out of the social network in question before activating the plug-ins.
Further information on the Social Plugins can be found at http:///www.trustedshops.com/tsdocument/audit_sample_social_plugins_de.pdf.
